Welcome to FinMitraPro.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of finmitrapro.com, its subdomains, applications, calculators, dashboards, articles, videos, newsletters and related services collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

In these Terms, “FinMitraPro”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Platform. “User”, “you” and “your” refer to any person accessing or using the Platform.

By accessing, registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Do not use the Platform if you do not agree with these Terms.

1. Nature of the Platform

FinMitraPro is a financial education and awareness platform.

The Platform may provide:

  • User dashboards

  • A SEBI-registered research analyst
  • A stockbroker
  • A portfolio manager
  • A mutual-fund distributor
  • A bank
  • A non-banking financial company
  • An insurer
  • A tax adviser
  • A legal adviser
  • An accounting firm
  • A credit-rating agency

Nothing on the Platform creates an adviser-client, broker-client, fiduciary, legal, tax or professional relationship.

2. Educational Use Only

All information, illustrations, examples, videos, articles and calculator outputs are provided for general educational and informational purposes.

They are not intended to constitute:

  • Personalised investment advice
  • A recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security
  • Trading advice
  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice
  • Accounting advice
  • Insurance advice
  • Credit advice
  • A loan approval
  • A guarantee of investment returns
  • An offer or solicitation to purchase any financial product

You should evaluate your personal circumstances and consult an appropriately qualified and, where required, registered professional before making financial, investment, insurance, tax, credit or legal decisions.

3. Market and Investment Risk

  • Capital protection
  • Accuracy of forecasts
  • Achievement of financial goals
  • Tax savings
  • Loan approval
  • Insurance approval
  • Profit from any strategy
  • Accuracy or availability of market data

You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.

4. Calculator Disclaimer

FinMitraPro calculators generate estimates based on:

  • Information entered by the user
  • Mathematical formulas
  • Assumed rates
  • Simplified financial models
  • Available tax or financial information

Actual results may differ because of:

  • Market movements
  • Fees and charges
  • Taxes
  • Inflation
  • Interest-rate changes
  • Compounding frequency
  • Product conditions
  • Regulatory changes
  • Rounding
  • Incorrect or incomplete user input
  • Changes in personal circumstances

Calculator results must not be treated as quotations, promises, approvals or guaranteed outcomes.

Users should independently verify all important calculations before acting upon them.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to:

  • Create an account
  • Purchase a subscription
  • Save personal financial information
  • Access restricted or personalised Platform features

A person below 18 years may view general educational content only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

6. User Accounts

Some Platform features may require registration.

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use your own account
  • Not share access with unauthorised persons
  • Promptly update material account information
  • Notify us of suspected unauthorised access
  • Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account

  • Creates a security or legal risk

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt unauthorised access to an account, server or database
  • Circumvent authentication or security controls
  • Introduce malware, viruses or malicious code
  • Scrape, crawl or extract Platform content through unauthorised automated means
  • Overload or interfere with Platform infrastructure
  • Copy or republish substantial Platform content without permission
  • Reverse-engineer protected Platform components except where legally permitted
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Submit false, misleading or defamatory content
  • Upload content that infringes third-party rights
  • Use the Platform to promote scams, guaranteed returns or illegal schemes
  • Collect information about other users without authorisation
  • Use Platform information to provide unauthorised financial advisory services

We may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with lawful authorities where required.

8. User Content

Where the Platform permits comments, reviews, questions, profile content or other submissions, you retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content, you grant FinMitraPro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the Platform.

You confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it
  • The content is not unlawful
  • The content does not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
  • The content is not misleading, abusive, defamatory or harmful

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, including its:

  • Brand name
  • Logo
  • Design
  • Layout
  • Articles
  • Videos
  • Graphics
  • Illustrations
  • Software
  • Calculators
  • Source code
  • Databases
  • User-interface elements
  • Educational materials

are owned by or licensed to FinMitraPro and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use publicly available educational content for personal and non-commercial learning.

You may not reproduce, sell, license, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative services from substantial parts of the Platform without prior written permission.

Fair use, lawful quotation and sharing through provided social-sharing features remain subject to applicable law and appropriate attribution.

11. Market Data and Simulated Information

Any market prices, charts, rankings, watchlists, model portfolios, simulated trading results or other market-related data may be delayed, illustrative or supplied by third-party providers.

Simulated performance does not represent actual trading and may not account for:

  • Brokerage
  • Taxes
  • Liquidity
  • Slippage
  • Market impact
  • Execution delays
  • Emotional or behavioural factors

Such information must not be used as the sole basis for executing a transaction.

12. Subscriptions and Payments

FinMitraPro may offer free and paid plans.

Before purchasing a paid plan, the Platform will display applicable details such as:

  • Price
  • Billing period
  • Included features
  • Usage limits
  • Applicable taxes
  • Renewal terms, where applicable

By purchasing a plan, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the displayed amount.

Payment processing may be governed by the payment provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Access to paid features may begin after successful payment confirmation.

We may suspend paid access where:

  • Payment fails
  • A transaction is reversed
  • A refund is processed
  • A subscription expires
  • Payment fraud is suspected
  • The account violates these Terms

13. Renewal and Cancellation

Where automatic renewal is offered, the renewal terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.

You may cancel future renewal through the available account controls or by contacting hello@finmitrapro.com.

Cancellation of renewal does not ordinarily remove access already paid for; access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Deleting an account does not automatically create a right to a refund.

14. Refunds

Any refund eligibility will be governed by:

  • The refund terms displayed at the time of purchase
  • The nature of the service
  • Whether the paid service has already been accessed or delivered
  • Applicable consumer law
  • Payment-gateway rules

Where no separate refund promise is displayed, users may contact hello@finmitrapro.com with the transaction details and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method, subject to processing timelines of the bank or payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.

15. Promotional Offers

Trials, discounts, coupons or promotional plans may be subject to:

  • Eligibility requirements
  • Usage limits
  • Expiry dates
  • One-time-use restrictions
  • Plan-specific conditions

We may withdraw or modify a promotion before it is accepted. Once purchased, the terms displayed at checkout will apply to that transaction.

16. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

The Platform may be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Hosting failures
  • Network issues
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Third-party outages
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary.

Where a material paid feature is permanently discontinued, we will take reasonable steps consistent with the applicable purchase terms and law.

17. Accuracy of Information

We seek to provide useful and reasonably accurate information. However, financial rules, tax provisions, interest rates, product conditions, laws and market information may change.

We do not warrant that all content is:

  • Complete
  • Current
  • Error-free
  • Suitable for every user
  • Applicable to every jurisdiction or personal situation

Publication dates and update dates should be considered when relying on content.

Users should verify important information through official or professional sources.

18. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

FinMitraPro disclaims implied warranties relating to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy
  • Availability
  • Security
  • Results arising from use

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinMitraPro and its owners, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or speculative loss arising from use of or reliance on the Platform.

This includes loss arising from:

  • Investment decisions
  • Trading losses
  • Tax consequences
  • Loan or insurance decisions
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Missed opportunities
  • Third-party services
  • Platform interruption
  • Unauthorised account access not caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable legal obligations.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify FinMitraPro against third-party claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising directly from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Content you submit
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • Fraudulent or malicious activity conducted through your account

This provision does not apply to losses caused by FinMitraPro’s own unlawful conduct.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • A material violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Non-payment
  • Security threats
  • Abuse of Platform resources
  • A lawful government or court direction
  • Discontinuation of the applicable service

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation.

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion according to the Privacy Policy.

22. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the FinMitraPro Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information collected and how it may be used, stored, shared and deleted.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • Applicable law
  • Platform features
  • Subscription structures
  • Security requirements
  • Business operations

Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Material changes may be communicated through the Platform, email or another appropriate method.

Where legally required, we will obtain consent before applying a material change.

24. Electronic Communications

By using the Platform, you agree to receive service-related electronic communications such as:

  • Account verification
  • Password-reset messages
  • Security alerts
  • Transaction confirmations
  • Subscription notices
  • Important policy updates

Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted. You may unsubscribe from promotional email without affecting essential service communications.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or statutory jurisdiction, courts having jurisdiction over Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute through written communication.

26. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it legally enforceable where permitted.

27. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific or transaction-specific conditions displayed on the Platform, constitute the agreement governing your use of FinMitraPro.
