Loan Processing Fee और GST का impact दिखाता ₹5 लाख loan example with Net Disbursal and Total Repayment

Interest Rate

Offer

Processing Fee: 2%
GST on Processing Fee: 18%

Processing Fee

  • Fixed amount

  • Minimum/maximum fee

  • Product-specific charge

Loan Amount:

Processing Fee:

तो fee होगी:

₹5,00,000 × 2% = ₹10,000

GST = ₹10,000 × 18%

= ₹1,800

अब total upfront processing-related charge:

₹10,000 + ₹1,800

Sanctioned/Financed Amount

₹5,00,000

Processing Fee

₹10,000

GST

₹1,800

Total Deduction

₹11,800

Loan Amount ≠ Net Disbursal

Loan Amount

Net Disbursal

Applicable upfront deductions

Particular

Amount

Loan Amount

₹5,00,000

Processing Fee @ 2%

₹10,000

GST @ 18% on Fee

₹1,800

Total Upfront Deduction

₹11,800

Illustrative Net Disbursal

₹4,88,200

“₹5 lakh @ 11%”

Loan Amount: ₹5,00,000
Interest Rate: 11% p.a.
Tenure: 3 Years
Method: Reducing Balance

Approximate EMI:

36 months में approximate total repayment:

Approximate interest:

Illustratively:

Interest + Processing Fee + GST

Calculator load

Processing Fee EMI

Percentage

1% vs 2% Processing Fee

Lender A

Processing Fee = 1%

Fee:

₹10,000

18% GST illustration:

₹1,800

Total:

Lender B

Processing Fee = 2%

Fee:

₹20,000

GST:

₹3,600

Total:

Difference:

Loan A

Interest: 10.5%
Processing Fee: 2%

Loan B

Interest: 11.5%
Processing Fee: 0%

Interest + Fees + Other Applicable Charges + Repayment Structure

ZERO PROCESSING FEE 🎉

  • Interest Rate

  • Total Interest

  • Documentation/other applicable charges

  • Insurance/add-ons

  • Prepayment/foreclosure terms

  • Late-payment charges

  • Net Disbursal

  • Total Amount Payable

GST Interest

Lender के:

Key Fact Statement (KFS)
Sanction Letter
Schedule of Charges

Processing Fee = ₹10,000

GST = 18%

तो:

GST = ₹1,800

Total =

“Processing Fee 2%”

  • Sanctioned amount?

  • Disbursed amount?

  • Approved loan amount?

  • कोई minimum/maximum cap?

Terms lender-specific

Final Rupee Amount

Minimum Processing Fee

Processing Fee: 1%

Applicable GST

Processing Fee Refundable

Application fee, login fee, processing fee और other charges के refund rules अलग-अलग हो सकते हैं।

कुछ charges non-refundable हो सकते हैं—even if loan बाद में नहीं लिया गया या application process आगे नहीं बढ़ी।

Loan A

₹5 lakh
Tenure: 1 Year

Loan B

₹5 lakh
Tenure: 5 Years

दोनों में upfront fee:

₹11,800

हो।

Rupee fee

Rate

  • Processing Fee

  • GST

  • Documentation charges

  • Legal/valuation charges, where applicable

  • Other transfer-related costs

Interest + Processing Fee

Loan advertisement

Loan Amount

Interest Rate / Rate Type

APR, where applicable

EMI

Tenure

Processing Fee

Applicable Taxes

Other Charges

Total Repayment / repayment schedule

Prepayment/Foreclosure Terms

Loan Amount

₹5,00,000

Processing Fee

₹10,000

GST on Fee

₹1,800

Net Amount Received

₹4,88,200

  1. Processing Fee percentage

  2. उस पर GST/applicable tax कितना है?

  3. कोई minimum/maximum processing fee है?

  5. Net Disbursal

  6. Other mandatory charges/add-ons

  7. Total Amount Payable
